Experienced banquet servers who will take a leadership role and a hands-on approach to direct and supervise serving staff by doing the following:
- Host a pre-shift meeting with all serving staff and assign duties for the event.
- Work alongside the team and supervise during the event by monitoring buffet, bussing, etc.
- Host a reset/cleaning meeting at the conclusion of the event to assign closing duties. Complete a closing checklist and ensure venue is reset and clean prior to the team leaving for the evening.
Banquet servers will need to arrive two hours prior to the event and follow Team Leaders’ direction. The job tasks can include setting up buffet and preparing for event, monitoring buffet during event, bussing tables, butler passing directly to guests, and working with the team to clean and reset the venue after the event has concluded.
$13/hour for high school employees and inexperienced servers; $14/hour for experienced servers; $16/hour for servers that do not have limited availability (will work when called upon.)
Bartenders will need to arrive two hours prior to the event, review the kitchen sheet and BEO to prepare the bar for what beverage package the client is providing. Mix and serve all types of drinks during the event. Ensure bar is cleaned and help the team to reset and clean the venue after the event concludes. All team members leave at the same time. Must have responsible vendor’s card. Experienced only need apply.
$14/hour plus tips from guests
