Since 2001, Oak Lodge has set the stage for countless special occasions – formal or informal, large or small. Oak Lodge offers three different venue spaces to meet the versatile needs of our guests. Warm, inviting and charming, each party room features its own separate entrance, so whether your guest count is 30 or 500, our spaces can be divided or combined to give your event the perfect feel. The Reception Center
The original flagship setting of Oak Lodge that continues to impress guests time and time again! Original brick pavers and Tiffany-style chandelier lighting set the perfect mood, and the large copper and oak bar exudes warmth and character. A spacious oak dance floor and a large stage are the focal points of the party. The Reception Center also boasts a large outdoor patio and gazebo with lush greenery.
The Bienville Room
The Bienville Room was built with special care to ensure that the themes of historical French Louisiana and elegance were carried on within Oak Lodge. Multiple large chandeliers, a copper bar and exquisite décor ensure that the room is a perfect complement to our full-service venue. With a wrought iron staircase, three sets of eight-foot French doors, and spacious courtyard patios, the Bienville Room boasts a true New Orleans ambience.
The Orleans Room
The Orleans Room is characterized by a wide open floor plan with brick walls, oak flooring and New Orleans-style lighting. This is the perfect room for any event, from a corporate seminar to a birthday or anniversary celebration. The 110” screen and mounted projector are an added attraction of this versatile venue offering the ability for presentations or a slide show featuring the event’s honoree. We recently added another set of architecturally designed French doors that open out to the newly constructed and covered patio area. Come enjoy the Orleans Room – inside or out!
